Cancelation Policy

 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. If you need to cancel your appointment please email rootsofresiliencysomatics@gmail.com.

 

Feldenkrais sessions require time to be effective. To ensure you get the maximum benefits from your session, your appointment will be cancelled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

 

Payment

 

Payments are due in full before the beginning of your appointment. Any outstanding balance must be paid before booking future sessions.

 

Anti-Discrimination Policy

 

Harassment of any sort including homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, inappropriate comments or sexual or romantic advances will not be tolerated. Roots of Resiliency Somatics reserves the right to terminate client relationships at our discretion.
